A Brief Discussion on Anti corrosion Testing Methods for Steel lined PTFE Pipelines

The requirement for the anti-corrosion testing method of steel lined PTFE pipelines is to check whether the anti-corrosion layer is prone to leakage. The detection method is as follows:

1. Create a set of circular probes with a nominal diameter of DN25-1000 millimeters;

2. The probe is wrapped with stainless steel wire and has a nut connection point in the middle. The probe is connected to the probe of the electric discharge meter using a 3.5M round steel with a diameter of 10mm;

3. The round steel long pole should be equipped with a plastic pipe with a diameter of 15 to ensure safe operation.

When using steel lined PTFE pipes, insert the circular probe into the pipe and slowly move it forward. If there is any damage point, no matter how big it is, it will be entangled in the net.
