1. When lifting steel lined plastic storage tanks with lifting ears during transportation, steel ropes should be inserted into the lifting ears for lifting; If there are no lifting ears, the steel rope should be tied to the barrel body for lifting, and during the lifting process, measures should be taken to prevent falling, impact, and deformation.

2. Vertical steel lined plastic storage tanks can be directly installed on a flat and stable foundation for use, while horizontal steel lined plastic storage tanks must be installed on a fixed cement foundation for use.

3. Other accessories of steel lined plastic storage tanks, such as level pipe valves, flange gaskets, temperature measuring pipes, valves, pipelines, etc., must be resistant to containing material solutions.

4. The ordinary technical drawings do not indicate that the working temperature and pressure of the storage tank are at normal temperature and pressure. The drawing indicates its working temperature and pressure. According to the characteristics of steel lined plastic storage tanks, the maximum working temperature can be below 90 ℃, and the maximum working pressure is determined by the thickness of the steel plate.

5. Anti static equipment should be equipped when storing high resistance organic solvents.

6. When installing mechanical equipment such as pumps at the outlet or inlet of steel lined plastic storage tanks, strong vibration should be prevented from damaging the flange mouth, and pipeline vibration reduction pipes should be installed.

7. In order to improve the service life of steel lined plastic storage tanks, it is necessary to prevent the device from being in a highly corrosive environment. The anti-corrosion condition of the steel surface should be checked regularly, and the anti-corrosion work outside the steel tank should be done well. Efforts should be made to prevent high levels of decay in the environment and to carry out regular maintenance work.

8. Timely detect liquid leakage at the flange mouth and manhole opening to prevent corrosive liquid from entering the steel plastic interlayer and affecting its service life.

9. Steel lined plastic storage tanks are only suitable for holding liquids and should not be used to hold gases or solutions containing gases.
