PTFE steel liner standard straight pipe

Fluorine-lined straight pipe process classification:

Tight lining process: commonly known as "pull tube type", that is, the outer diameter of the PTFE pipe is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe, and is lining into the steel pipe by mechanical traction method;

The lining process: the outer diameter of the PTFE pipe is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the steel pipe, and is directly lining into the steel pipe by manual insertion;

Molding process: a method in which a certain amount of fluororesin powder is added into a metal mold and cured by heating and pressurization;

Winding process: the PTFE strip is wound on the mold by hand or mechanical method, demoulded, then inserted into the steel pipe, and the method of flanging;

Lining material: PTFE, PFA, FEP, PO, PP, etc.

Flange: ANSI 150LB, national standard, etc.
