Brief Introduction of jacketed reactor vessel : 

PR series reactor is applied for fluid preparation for pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum and food industries. With stainless steel as main material, the reactor is built with jacket and coil for heating and cooling purpose. 

The reactor is normally manufactured in accordance with GB Standards and go though strict testing such as ultrasonic inspection, penetration testing, and magnetic particle examination. Clamps and flanges compile with ASME / GB / DIN / JIS Standard, reactors can also be customized to meet the user individual requirements. 

Tank reactor specifications: 

1. Volume: 50-12000L
2. Material: SS316L, S304, glass lined or teflon lined

3. -20 to 350 Degree Celsius

4. Pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum and food industries

5. Structure: Jacketed vessel, vessel with jacket and insulation

6. Heat exchange: heated with inside-coil, outside-coil, jacket or U-tube  
7. Components: mixing device, vent filter, temperature gauge, level gauge, manhole, with lamp and cleaning ball or according to client’s detailed requirements. 

Reactor performance feature: 

1) High resistance to corrosion for acids and alkalis
2) Temperature up to 180 C degree or higher 
3) Withstanding of thermal stress and mechanical pressure
